go pro icon EMS GmbH manufactures professional EMS training systems in Austria. This policy explains how we process personal data when you contact us, fill in one of our forms (including Meta / Facebook / Instagram lead forms) or message us on WhatsApp.
Name, company, city, country, phone number, e-mail address, the answers you give in our forms, and the content of messages you exchange with us by e-mail or WhatsApp, together with technical delivery information (time, status).
We use your data to answer your enquiry, advise you on our products, send you offers you asked for and manage our customer relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures) and to keep a record of our communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest). We do not sell your data.
We use carefully selected service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (e-mail delivery), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp Business Platform, lead forms) and Anthropic (AI text assistance for our sales team). Where data is transferred outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
We keep enquiry and communication data for as long as needed for the purposes above, normally up to 3 years after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP" or blocking our number. To exercise your rights or to request deletion of your data, write to info@pro-icon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
Send an e-mail with the subject "Delete my data" to info@pro-icon.com; we delete your data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
